I never did like to iron

I went to my oncology appointment. No sign of the cancer returning, but blood tests show that my iron, my thyroid, and my white blood cells are still quite low. The doc says just give it more time.

That is great news! You've done so well through all of this Trace. We're all very proud of you.

I am certainly not an expert in any way, shape or form but I was able to raise my iron levels..and combat anemia... by adding a tablespoon of molasses to my coffee every morning. Can't hurt!
Best wishes to you.

Good on you that the cancer is in remission. It is my hope for you that it stays that way and that you die in your sleep at the age of 102 after making love to a junior of 85! be well.

Just came across your blog. I'm working with a mother-in-love who's in remission for her 3rd time with cancer. She had her first sign of cancer when my husband was born 28 years ago. She's still one of the craziest funnest most wonderful people I've ever known. She says cancer can't defeat a person, but a person can defeat cancer. I'll keep you in my prayers. I hope your next tests come out better.
