One more day!!!

Tomorrow at noon I get this chemo bag off, for the very last time. YAY!!!
I am so very excited. No more poisoning my body. I will have a couple weeks of recovery time, then it's back to normal for me...whatever...I've never really been normal :P

After I have recovered, it will be time to get my house in order (there is a lot that I have let go over the last 6 months) and time to find a new job. That is a bit scary to me, but not near as scary or hard as cancer, right?

I am so thankful that I am alive, and as healthy as I am. My hearing loss wasn't permanant, my vocal chords work again. I didn't lose any sight. I am in far better shape than many people with this type of cancer.

I am also thankful that I have had so much help from friends and family. I have really grown closer to some people through this, including my mother.

Reminder: live a cancer free life. don't smoke. don't drink. don't chew on batteries.
